Actor Jonathan Majors has been able to tailor his physique to the recent roles he has been playing. While focusing on his fitness, why not join forces with one of the best of all-time? Majors recently hit a chest and tricep workout with bodybuilding legend Ronnie Coleman.

Majors was able to build an impressive physique needed to portray aspiring bodybuilder Killian Maddox in “Magazine Dreams.” Majors is no stranger to fitness. He grew up a tremendous athlete and was given the chance to transform his physique ahead of “Creed III.” In January 2023, Majors shared that he had to increase his diet plan in a big way for four months leading up to his role as Maddox.
Ronnie Coleman was one of the strongest bodybuilders over the course of his career. He became known for his insane work ethic and total lifts that led to a championship physique. In retirement, Coleman continues to work out six days a week and believes he will continue to do so for the rest of his life.

The workout began with the duo taking some of Ronnie Coleman’s pre-workout. They then hit five different workouts to hit both chest and triceps:
Chest Press Machine
After the pre-workout kicked in, the workout began on the chest press machine. Coleman started with Majors hitting a major set to follow.
“You got Ronnie Coleman looking after you, you gotta go!”
Flye Machine
The duo moved onto chest flyes. Here, they discussed different aspects of bodybuilding and what it took for Majors to transform his physique.
“Right about now, I’m keeping my composure because my chest is pretty light but he keeps going. So, we’ll see how the rest of this goes.”
Dumbbell Chest Press
The final movement for chest before moving onto triceps was dumbbell chest press. Coleman began discussing his training routine over the course of his career and Majors was shocked at the time.
“One hour a day for my whole career,” Coleman said.
“Magazine Dreams, three sessions, two hours each sessions. That’s why he’s a pro.”
Jonathan Majors Diet Plan
Outside of Jonathan Majors’ workouts, his diet is integral to building his frame. Jonathan Majors mentioned in an interview that when preparing for his role in Magazine Dreams, he once had to eat 6,100 calories just to pack lean muscle mass. He eats clean and healthy foods with loads of high proteins. Rice cakes are like desserts to him. Here is what a typical day of feeding is like for Jonathan Majors.
