He took the stage at the Arnold and impressed right away with his physique, winning the overall title and earning his Pro Card.
Sulek is not currently preparing for a competition. There is no timeline on when he will make his professional debut but he did make vague comments about potentially taking the stage at the 2026 Arnold Classic. Sam Sulek prepared for months for his debut on stage. This consisted of tailoring his training to accomplish certain goals.
“I did three months of light squeezing stuff. I can’t immediately jump into that level. I have to ease into it.”
Sulek opened many eyes with his performances on stage. After his debut in Las Vegas, legendary coach Hany Rambod gave a high rating of Sulek’s physique. Hany Rambod thought Sam Sulek brought a great physique to the stage but found ways he could improve further. He gave a fair assessment of Sulek’s performance but admitted that he was being “picky.”
Rambod labeled it a 9.5 out of 10 and admitted that he was nitpicking a bit.
“The only reason why I didn’t give it a 10 is because I felt like if his weight was a little lower and he had a little more detail in his quads, and his glutes were a little bit tighter, it would have been a 10.”
Sam Sulek continues to be one of the biggest and most popular fitness influencers in the world today. He has fans all over the world and they will be excited to see his professional debut.
