Sulek was seen having a conversation with former Arnold Classic champion Wesley Vissers as the two discussed the Classic Physique division. In the video, Sulek made a comment about gaining weight over the next year to prepare for the 2026 Arnold Classic.

“Same league, different levels. I got a whole year to gain some weight.”

Sulek competed at the 2025 Legends Classic in Las Vegas with hopes of punching his ticket to Columbus. He finished first overall in the Classic Physique division at the NPC show and earned qualification for the 2025 Arnold Amateur. He impressed once again with his performance on stage and took home the overall title, which earned his Pro Card.

Sam Sulek’s Grocery Haul During Prep

Sam Sulek has received plenty of criticism for his diet plan over the years. During his prep for competition, Sulek focused on fat loss and took fans to the grocery store with him.

“I’m going to be eating 250 grams of protein from dedicated protein sources. Be it ground beef, eggs, chicken, and sometimes canned little bit of sardine action.”
