Will Sam Sulek take the stage at the 2026 Arnold Classic?
Sam Sulek is officially an IFBB pro after his win at the Arnold Amateur last week. Now, the discussions will be centered around his pro debut. Sulek has not shared a timeline of when he will make his debut but was there a hint made over the weekend?

Sulek was seen having a conversation with former Arnold Classic champion Wesley Vissers as the two discussed the Classic Physique division. In the video, Sulek made a comment about gaining weight over the next year to prepare for the 2026 Arnold Classic.
“Same league, different levels. I got a whole year to gain some weight.”
Sulek competed at the 2025 Legends Classic in Las Vegas with hopes of punching his ticket to Columbus. He finished first overall in the Classic Physique division at the NPC show and earned qualification for the 2025 Arnold Amateur. He impressed once again with his performance on stage and took home the overall title, which earned his Pro Card.
Sam Sulek Hints At 2026 Arnold Classic Appearance
Sulek has continued to grow in popularity over the years and fans were excited to see his bodybuilding debut. He became known for his incredible physique at a young age but many would also find criticisms in his methods of achieving it, led by his diet. In recent weeks, he cleaned up his diet and focused on losing weight, tailoring his calorie intake to reach this goal.
Sam Sulek was present at the Arnold over the weekend as part of a panel for fans. The excitement would be even higher if he takes the stage in Columbus next year.
Sam Sulek’s Grocery Haul During Prep
Sam Sulek has received plenty of criticism for his diet plan over the years. During his prep for competition, Sulek focused on fat loss and took fans to the grocery store with him.
“I’m going to be eating 250 grams of protein from dedicated protein sources. Be it ground beef, eggs, chicken, and sometimes canned little bit of sardine action.”
