Sergio Oliva Jr. is back to transforming his physique and is doing so at an incredible weight!
Sergio Oliva Jr. did not compete in 2024 and his future is up in the air. What we do know is Oliva Jr. is training hard and transforming his physique into competition shape. Last week, he shared a physique update at 308 pounds.

Oliva Jr. last competed during the 2023 California State Pro, where he finished third in Men’s Open. This was an extremely impressive performance given the fact that Oliva Jr. had not been on stage in two years. Prior to California, Oliva Jr. last competed at the Legion Sports Fest Pro in 2021.
Oliva Jr. spoke on his recent split from Dorian Yates due to issues with his visa. In June, the bodybuilder was not issued a visa and was forced to leave Spain, which forced him to change his plans moving forward. This means not finishing his prep with Yates but has keyed in on other methods that seem to be working when looking at his latest physique update.
