Tom & Luke Stoltman continue to prep for the 2024 Arnold Strongman Classic.

Tom & Luke Stoltman are preparing to hit the 2024 Arnold Strongman Classic in just two weeks which is taking place in Columbus, OH. The duo has many Strongman titles between them and are looking to add another in less than a week. During the final stages of prep, the Stoltman brothers showed off a full day of eating that consists of 16,000 calories between them.

Tom Stoltman is a two-time World’s Strongest Man (WSM) winner. He took home back-to-back victories in 2021 and 2022. He is also a three-time winner of Britain’s Strongest Man. Luke Stoltman is still in search of his first WSM title but is a five-time champion during Scotland’s Strongest Man competition and the winner of the 2021 Giants Live World Tour Finals.

The Strongman duo shared a full day of eating to show fans what they take in on a daily basis to provide enough fuel to move insane weight in the gym.

Meal One

The first meal of the day took place at 8am. It was a typical breakfast for the powerlifting brothers. Tom Stoltman shared that this would be a full day of clean food rather than cheat meals, which they have also showed off recently.

  • 8 eggs
  • 4 slices brown bread
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 100g blueberries
  • 50g grapes

Meal Two

The second meal came at 10:30am. Tom Stoltman made his steak medium rare while Luke Stoltman opted for rarer meat. The other factor that was added in was sticky rice, which the duo prefers because it is easier to eat.

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 230g rice
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Butter

“Honestly, with the amount we eat, when I have to have rice, I have to have a lot of rice. Much more than the average person. For me, rice on a plate gets to hard to eat so I prefer sticky rice.

I usually go with steak and potatoes but now, it’s either steak and potatoes or steak and sticky rice. If you want to save an hour, get sticky rice.”

Meal Three

At noon, the brothers returned to the kitchen for their pre-workout meal. This was the first, and only, cheat meal of the day.

  • Battered mars bar
  • Battered cream egg
  • Fish and chips

“If you had a 500-calorie meal, you would be filled. This, you could eat four or five of them.”

Meal Four

The fourth meal of the day was post-workout. It was the smallest of the day as both Tom & Luke do not like to eat big meals after a workout.

  • 2 scoops protein
  • 100g grapes

Meal Five

The final meal of the day came at 6pm. The brothers brought back steak and rice and added some mixed vegetables.

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 230g rice
  • 100g mixed vegetables
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Butter
