Stranger Things Actor Eduardo Franco Shares Shredded 3-Month Physique Transformation

Franco began strength training and showed of his results recently.

The trend of Hollywood stars getting shredded has gained another member. Eduardo Franco, knows for his role as Argyle on Stranger Things, began strength training and his results speak for themselves after just three months.

Franco shared a clip from the gym showing off his sculpted midsection and workout routines that he has taken on.

Franco admitted that he was new to strength training. His motivation was sparked by a role in a new movie that he is filming. In the first scene, his character is seen shirtless and Franco wanted to look as good as possible.

“I got the word I got this job. I knew in the script that the first scene where my character appears in, it’s in the beginning of the movie, and the character is shirtless. And I said ‘okay, well I’m taking it upon myself.’ I’d like to look as lean as possible for that scene.”

Eduardo Franco did not share his weight loss or exact workout routine but it is clear that he has started weightlifting in the gym. He has also taken on different cardio and boxing workouts. His work ethic was enough to impress new co-stars Finn Wolfhard and Caleb McLaughin, who were seen in the comments section.

Franco will begin working on this new movie but has shared that he has not been contacted about returning to Stranger Things for the final season. If this is the case, his time on the show will come to an end after four seasons. Whether he returns or not, it is clear that Franco has started preparing for other roles and is doing it in the gym.

Who is Eduardo Franco?

Eduardo Franco is a well-known comedian and actor who has been featured in multiple films and television shows over the years.

Franco got started in 2017 when he appeared in four episodes of Adam Ruines Everything as Gavis. From there, he began getting other opportunities, including in the 2018 film The Package.

Franco received his first major credit as Spencer Diaz in the Netflix comedy American Vandal. He continued to get many chances in series before landing on Stranger Things and this took his career to the next level. While continuing to land many roles on the big screen, Franco has taken on a new passion and it has led to incredible results in the gym.
