TERRY CREWS’ SECRET UPPER BODY WORKOUT

Terry crewsThere’s no questioning it; Terry Crews is a beast.

The former NFL linebacker turned actor has become known more for his powerful physique than his days on the football field. Terry Crews is not only massively muscled, but has great definition to go along with his mass. His days as a professional athlete has given him the tools necessary to build up his body – a wealth of knowledge that he still utilizes today.

Appearing in the hit film series The Expendables, Crews has shared the screen with Hollywood heavyweights the likes of Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Crews was as physically impressive as his massive co-stars, if not more so.
