THE ROCK REVEALS HIS EARTH SHATTERING LEG DAY WORKOUT

Generation Iron The Rock Leg Day Workout

The Rock shares his methods for some powerful tree trunks.

When most people think of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson they think WWE wrestler turned action superstar. There’s no way around it, Johnson has been dominating the box office in recent years especially since joining the Fast & Furious film franchise. He has a new series set to premiere this summer on HBO and his recent film San Andreas has just taken over the weekend box office. All of it is truly impressive for a man who started out in the shadow of his wrestling family’s iconic history. Johnson has gone on to dominate the wrestling world and now the film industry is following suit.

But besides his many professional accolades, The Rock can be viewed through a different lens when it comes to bodybuilders. He’s always been an influential figure since his wrestling days, but since leaving a full time wrestling schedule it’s been pretty apparent that The Rock has been making some drastic improvements in his physique. He always had a great physical presence to go along with his skills on the mic, but lately The Rock has been looking like a whole different beast altogether. He’s added definition and muscle to his physique that has seen him turn from athletic wrestler to the peak of aesthetic conditioning.

Just like a strong and sturdy tree, the trunk must be equally, if not stronger than the rest of the form and that’s no different for a bodybuilder as well. There’s a reason why everyone talks about leg day. It’s paramount to completing your overall and according to The Rock that ideology holds true. Recently the star revealed his leg day training to show how he developed his massive wheels. Check out the workout below.
