Stoltman regained his World’s Strongest Man title back in May after finishing as the runner-up in 2023. He is now a three-time champion at the event. Stoltman also has wins during Scotland’s Strongest Man (2018, 2019) and the 2023 Giants Live World Tour Finals. He continues to be one of the best lifters on the planet and shows off his strength in many ways.

Stoltman will now headline yet another show. He was able to pack in all calories needed during his travel day and shared all meals in a recent video.

Tom Stoltman’s Full Day Of Eating

Meal 1

The first meal of the day came in the form of a breakfast shake that Stoltman made before leaving for the airport.

  • 100g ice cream
  • 300ml apple juice
  • 450g Skyr yogurt
  • 2 scoops protein
  • 2 bananas

Meal 2

Meal two was on the smaller side and Stoltman got it down quick before his large breakfast.

  • 2 sausage sandwiches

“I’m just over 1,000 calories so we’ll see you for meal number three. It’s going to be a big one.”

Meal 3

Breakfast was a pre-flight meal that Tom Stoltman ordered while waiting in the airport.

  • Eggs
  • Hashbrowns
  • Beans
  • Sausages
  • Mixed fruit
  • 2 white rolls

“Flight was nice and easy. We’re here for meal three. It’s gonna add up to 1,500 calories so let’s get started.”

Meal 4

Stoltman opted for a quick snack before his fourth meal consisting of a smoothie and Galaxy chocolate, which is his favorite. The next meal was his first on the flight, which he brought with him.

  • Ham and cheese pasta
  • Pineapple

“We have started the journey to Colorado so I’m going to get this down then we’re going to order the food on the plane.”

Meal 5

The fifth meal of the day was the food served on the plane. Stoltman enjoyed his meal in shifts, beginning with salad and ending with a dessert.

  • Chicken caesar salad
  • Truffle chicken
  • Mixed vegetables
  • Cheese and crackers

Meal 6

  • Chicken and bacon pasta

“We still got afternoon tea and my chicken and bacon pasta. You can’t eat on a plane? Yes you can.”

Meal 7

Tom Stoltman’s afternoon tea also occurred on the plane and he enjoyed a plate of snacks he did not share. By the looks of it, there were many groups covered.

  • Chocolate
  • Jam
  • Cream
  • Rolls

Meal 8

The final meal of the day came once Stoltman got off his flight in the U.S.

  • Double cheeseburger
  • Haribo

“We made it all safely. I’m waiting for my last meal. I think I ate about 11,000 calories so it proves when you’re out traveling, you can still eat.”
