Tom Stoltman Wins 2026 Britain’s Strongest Man: Full Results & Recap

Tom Stoltman wins this competition for the fourth time.

Tom Stoltman proved that he is once again one of the top competitors in the world. Stoltman won his fourth title during the 2026 Britain’s Strongest Man competition on Saturday, February 7th 2026. The competition took place at the Utilita Arena in Sheffield, England and featured five different events that tested competitor’s strength in many ways.

Stoltman finished in the top three in each event and totaled 54.5 points to cruise to victory on his way to World’s Strongest Man 2026. Adam Bishop edged out Paddy Haynes by half a point with 48.5.

2026 Britain’s Strongest Man Event Recap

Event 1 – Circus Press Medley

The competition began with the Circus Press Medley. This was an event that required athletes to press barbells weighing 80kg (176.4lb) and 150kg (330.7lb) before moving onto the next sequence. The next bar was loaded up with 90kg (198.4lb) before ending with a 100kg (220.5lb) press for as many reps as possible.

  3. Ben Glasscock – 6 reps in 61.73 seconds

Event 2 – Car Walk

The second event of the day is a staple in Giants Live competitions. The Car Walk is a custom-made behemoth where athletes step inside and lift off the floor using their shoulders. The athletes were required to lift the car and carry it across a course in the shortest amount of time.

Event 3 – Axle Deadlift

The Axle Deadlift uses a bar that is thicker than a standard deadlift. This adds another level to it as competitors attempted to complete the most amount of reps with a 360kg (793.7lb) bar.

Event 4 – Sandbag Toss

The Sandbag Toss required athletes to toss six bags that went up in weight over a beam in the short amount of time. The bags varied in weight from — 18kg (39.7lb), 20kg (44.1lb), 23kg (50.7lb), 25kg (55.1lb), 28kg (61.7lb).

Event 5 – Power Stairs

The final event of the competition was the Power Stairs. This was a challenge where athletes had to carry five weights up three stairs, adding up to 15 steps total. The weight of the implements varied from — 200kg (440.9lb), 210kg (463lb), 225kg (496lb), 240kg (529.1lb), 250kg (551.2lb).
