Aggravating an old injury

Injuries aren’t anything to scoff at. If you do have an injury it’s important to take the situation seriously and be sure to get the adequate rest needed to recover. But there are times when people use injuries as an excuse to avoid the gym. Maybe they think on a minor injury they sustained weeks ago and due to fear of aggravating a prior injury themselves they stay away from the weights and choose to skip the whole process in general. Sometimes you have to get back on the horse and work around an injury. Sometimes working smart and avoiding further damage is the only way you can get the ball rolling again.
