Men’s Open physique and training updates six and a half weeks out from Olympia 2019.

The clock keeps ticking down and before you know it the summer will be over and the Mr. Olympia will be here. We are only six and half weeks out from the big show and the competitors are honing in their physiques into visions of perfection. Our content partner Fazi Fitness has put together his latest compilation video showcasing the training progress and physique updates of the top qualified Men’s Open competitors… and Brandon Curry seems to be leading the pack.

Of course, this year’s lineup has been completely transformed due to current events with Shawn Rhoden no longer competing (unless things suddenly turn around as he believes), Big Ramy likely not competing due to an injury, and Phil Heath probably sitting out this year.

That’s not to take away from Brandon Curry though, who has shown incredible progress and regardless of who was in or out – will surely place better than last year as he continues to improve and thrive. You can check it all out in the video above!
