Leg day training is supposed to be brutal, especially when you’re a professional athlete. For an IFBB pro, training legs is an absolute necessity, yet it can be extremely torturous in the process. When you reach championship level it means you have to put in the kind of work that others may not want to. To be the best you need to put yourself through the absolute toughest training possible and that’s exactly what James “Flex” Lewis is doing heading into the 2018 Olympia.


Training alongside fellow IFBB Pro Frank McGrath, Flex Lewis is putting in some serious work in the gym to defend his 212 Olympia title. With this being his last event competing in the 212 division, Flex Lewis looks to be pulling out all the stops and is training harder than ever.
