  1. Quitting bodybuilding is the best thing I have ever done. I am now able to devote so much more time to my family, friends, and career. I am happy and much better adjusted than I was when I focused on my body and could’t pass a mirror without taking my shirt off to see how my muscles looked. Life is short, and at your funeral nobody is going to talk about how great your pecs were. Assuming anyone bothers to show up if you cared about your body more than anything else.
