When performing any workout, form is very important. If you do an exercise wrong it can lead to decreased gains or not activating the write muscle. At its worst, it can lead to serious injury. The Instagram video here by GymFuckery shows us a perfect example of how being overambitious and not focusing enough on form will lead to a literal downfall. The deadlift here starts bad and ends worse – with the lifter falling completely backwards after jerking back and forth for a second or two. It’s funny stuff but also a good warning to not skip form when trying to lift heavy. If you do, you’ll look like this guy. Check it out below:
