Try different rep ranges
Sticking with the same rep ranges can also be a culprit in halting your gains. Sure, sticking to the same 8-12 rep range can be beneficial for awhile and for some they may not even have to change anything. But if you’re noticing a drop off then try increasing the rep range. If it’s too difficult with the current weight then drop some pounds. You can also lower it and increase the weight to challenge yourself.
