W.O.L.F. Gyms expects to have a total of 20 locations by the end of the year with more expansion coming in 2026
Momentum continues for one of the nation’s emerging gym franchises. W.O.L.F. GYMS, founded in 2018 by renowned gym architect Tony Saxby, will soon open its 10th location with a surge of new locations entering the design and buildout phase, expected to bring the total to 20 locations by the end of this year and more planned for 2026.
W.O.L.F. (Work Out Live Fierce) has been met with high praise from the gym community as well as new W.O.L.F. franchise owners for its ability to create elite level training environments while fostering a rare “community” culture in each of its uniquely crafted facilities, home to a growing list of elite bodybuilders, celebs, athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
Earlier this year, the company announced two high profile additions to its ownership group. Dave Bautista, one of Hollywood’s rising stars, known for his love of the gym, wrestling and combat sports, has partnered with W.O.L.F. along with Dan Solomon, a longtime leader in the fitness industry who serves as President of the Mr. Olympia, the world’s most prestigious bodybuilding & fitness championship event.

W.O.L.F. Gyms Founder & CEO Tony Saxby remarked,
“It’s incredibly exciting to see the way some of the most respected people in the world of muscle, peak performance, fitness and entertainment are responding to what we’re building. Dave Bautista has devoted his life to training, inspiring millions to be stronger and healthier. Dan Solomon has spent his career introducing people to the fitness lifestyle. It’s an honor to have both of these gentlemen as my partners.”
W.O.L.F. started in 2018 in Brigantine, New Jersey followed by additional locations throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, before rolling out an ambitious franchise opportunity, clearing the way to bring the W.O.L.F. experience across the United States. Cale Owen, one of the gym industry’s top advisors, is also part of the ownership group.
Following two recent openings in Florida and additional locations confirmed for later this year in Minnesota, Michigan, Utah, North Carolina, Texas, and throughout the Northeast, the W.O.L.F. movement is taking on a life of its own. Each location brings its own unique elements while staying true to its four pillars; Honor, Integrity, Community and Commitment.
Saxby adds, “Our members are like a family. Loyal and dedicated to what we are creating. It’s not just a gym membership. It’s a place to connect, a place to truly belong. And we’re working every single day to create more ways to support everyone’s goals so we all win together.”
