Oksana Grishina wins her fifth Fitness title at the 2023 Olympia!

The Fitness division of the Mr. Olympia crowned a new champion on Friday night in Orlando, Fl but it was one with plenty of experience. Many competitors turned in excellent performances that impressed both the crowd and judges. In the end, Oksana Grishina was crowned champion to win her fifth Olympia Fitness title.

Grishina impressed during prejudging and became an immediate threat to the title. She was forced to miss the 2022 Olympia due to an injury and trained to recover and improve further. Taylor Learmont finished as the runner-up in her Olympia debut. Jaclyn Baker rounded out the top three.
