Here are the full results from the 2024 Europe’s Strongest Man!

The 2024 Europe’s Strongest Man competition took place from Leeds,UK on Saturday. There was a total of five events that competitors took on over the course of the day as they fought for a title. In the end, it was Luke Stoltman earning the title.

Stoltman was victorious in this event back in 2021. He came in as one of the favorites and performed like it all afternoon.

Event One – Nicole Stones

The event began with Nicole Stones. This is where athletes were asked to pick up one giant stone with each hand. They differed in weight. One stone weighed 114kg (251.3lb) while the other weighed in at 139kg (306.4lb). Once the stones were lifted, competitors had to walk as far as possible, measured in meters.

Event Two – Car Walk

The Car Walk was the second event of the competition. A Strongman classic, athletes picked up the frame of a car that weighed 450kg (992lb). The course was 20 meters long and competitors were timed. The athlete who completed it in the fastest time possible would earn the highest amount of points.

Event Three – Deadlift Ladder

The Deadlift Ladder featured five barbells with different weights. It began with a 300kg (661.4lb) weight and went up until 380kg (837.8lb). The overall goal was to complete all five lifts in the shortest time possible. If a competitor completed all five, they would finish above competitors who completed less, regardless of time.

Event Four – Viking Press

The Viking Press is an event for reps where athletes would lift wooden logs on a machine. Another Strongman classic tested strength in many ways for competitors.

Event Five – Castle Stones

The final event of the competition was Castle Stones. There were five stones that ranged in weight. Competitors were asked to pick up the awkward stones and place them on platforms that went up in height. The athlete who completed all five stones in the shortest amount of time would be victorious.
