Alex Eubank officially has joined the dark side

Alex Eubank, a well-known fitness influencer celebrated for his incredible natural bodybuilding journey, has recently announced a shift in his approach. Alex Eubank shared with his millions of followers that he’s decided to join the dark side, and start using anabolic substances.

While he is not taking a massive mix of exogenous hormones, he has decided to add a bit of testosterone to his regimen, aiming to enhance his physique without compromising his health. Under the close supervision of a professional, Eubank emphasizes a low-dose approach to testosterone, which he believes will allow him to reach his goals safely and responsibly.

Eubank’s decision to use testosterone marks a significant change from his long-standing natural approach, which many people had already been questioning due to how incredible his physique is. Now, Alex has chosen a controlled, low-dose regimen, starting with 200mg per week and potentially increasing to a maximum of 250mg a week, all under a professional’s care and guidance. Eubank clarifies that his goal is to achieve an enhanced look without the extreme doses that are pretty common in the fitness industry.

In a recent statement, Eubank addressed fans’ concerns by sharing that his testosterone dose is intentionally lower than what “some of your favorite influencers take.” He continued about how he wants to look better than most other bodybuilders and influencers, with lower amounts of hormones. By maintaining this low dose, he believes he can avoid many of the potential side effects and health risks associated with higher levels of testosterone use.

Why Alex Eubank is Adding 5mg Cialis to His Regimen

In addition to testosterone, Eubank is also incorporating a daily 5mg dose of Cialis. Not for muscle building, but instead Cialis is known primarily as a medication for improved blood flow, Cialis is increasingly popular among bodybuilders for its benefits in enhancing circulation and supporting cardiovascular health. At just 5mg per day, Eubank expects improved muscle oxygenation, which can lead to better endurance and an enhanced “pump” during workouts.

With both testosterone and Cialis, Eubank’s goal is clear: transform his physique while avoiding the “more is better” mentality that often leads to steroid abuse. By using these compounds conservatively and under medical supervision, he hopes to build a strong, lean, and balanced physique without placing undue stress on his body.
