Terrick El Guindy believes Andrew Jacked’s “tall, athletic” build puts him right in the mix.
Andrew Jacked has improved each year since bursting onto the scene in bodybuilding. Now, he is putting the Men’s Open division on notice with his improvements heading into the 2024 Olympia.
IFBB Pro judge Terrick El Guindy spoke on Jacked’s hopes for the biggest show of the year and believes he has inserted his name into contention after the 2024 Texas Pro.
“Andrew Jacked is in the mix to win the 2024 Mr. Olympia.”

Can Andrew Jacked Win The 2024 Olympia?
El Guindy believes that Andrew Jacked’s performance in Texas showed his potential for the Olympia.
“Andrew Jacked in Texas, he looked impressive, amazing. This guy sent a message to everybody in the industry. He’s tall, he’s athletic, he’s got beautiful genetics and in the past, we all said he needs to fill up. And he’s doing that, he’s filling up nicely.”

Jacked began working with Chris “Psycho” Lewis at the beginning of 2023. Over the last year, he shared physique updates around 300 pounds while remaining as shredded as possible.
“The waist is still in and the conditioning was not compromised. Huge credit to Psycho Lewis because a lot of times when we hear of your 300 pounds, people already assume that you’re not going to be conditioned.”
Jacked jumped into the top five during the 2023 Olympia. There was a gap after the top two but he is hoping to close that gap in just a couple months.
“I think he’s sending a message to Derek Lunsford, Hadi Choopan, Samson Dauda. We all thought he was the only tall, aesthetic guy now. You got to put Andrew Jacked there. He’s sending a message to them, I’m going to beat you guys in some poses.”
