Armz Korleone Shows Insane Strength Curling 308Lbs!

Armz Korleone shows his class with some impressive cheat curls.

The recent trend of strict curling has been spreading like wildfire. It seems like everyone is interested in getting onto the strict curl train. Larry Wheels has been adamant about improving his strict curl. Powerlifter Dan Green has also been training in the strict curl as well. Even the Arnold’s Sports Festival made an announcement that the lift would be featured in their next event.

Strength Wars Movie

The strict curl is clearly all the rage and it’s continuing to gain traction in the strength sport realm. Now it appears that Armz Korleone is getting in on the fun.

The self proclaimed natural weightlifter recently posted some impressive clips to his Instagram page. While the lifts were cheat curls, the amount of weight Armz Korleone is able to heft is nothing to scoff at. He was even able to curl 140kg/308lbs and proclaimed that he had his sights on trying for the cheat curl world record.

Some barbell curls and cheat curls starting from: 100kg/220lbs, 110kg/242lbs, 120kg/264lbs and 140kg/308lbs (testing the waters with that weight)

I think I have the 264lbs strict curl in the bag with a little extra work. Wishing everyone more strength, more money and enjoyment in the seasons to come
