Brian Shaw continues to find new ways to challenge himself.

Brian Shaw is no stranger to new challenges but this time, he decided to step out of the gym. The Strongman legend recently took part in a hip-hop dance class and shared the video on his YouTube page.

Shaw was joined by actor and comedian Bryan Callen during the class, along with the instructor. Callen, who arrived first, joked that he was waiting on Shaw, who made sure to change his shirt before the class.

“I needed to set my arms free. When your arms are big, you wouldn’t understand this, you need sleeves to move because otherwise you rip your shirt. If I would have left the other shirt on, sleeves just boom, gone. I don’t know much about hip-hop but I know I’d get an immediate pump.”

“I did pull-ups and curls today. I workout for dexterity and movement. I workout so I can be super flexible,” Callen responded.

The class began with the instructor going over basic moves that would all be joined together for the routine.
