Calum Von Moger wants to become more athletic and plans to slim down and lose some weight!
Calum Von Moger is back to training at a high level. During a recent YouTube video, Von Moger shared his upper-body workout at Gold’s Gym as he returned to the U.S. He discussed his plan to drop weight and become more athletic by losing 10 pounds.

In May 2022, it was reported that Calum Von Moger jumped through a second story window while under the influence of methamphetamine. He received many injuries, including lacerations from the glass and spinal damage from the fall. He was hospitalized, received spinal surgery, and was in a coma for many days. Von Moger eventually attended rehab and got the help he felt he needed. Now, he continues to be an inspiration for others, sharing his personal journey.
The entire journey of his recovery and return to competitive bodybuilding was chronicled in the documentary feature film Calum Von Moger: Unbroken.
Calum Von Moger Shares Full Upper-Body Workout
Von Moger focused on completing his workouts with more reps and less time. This will build more stamina in the gym. It was a loaded session for Von Moger featuring many different movements:
- Dumbbell Bench Press
- Pull-Ups
- Lat Pulldown Machine
- Push-Ups
- Incline Barbell Bench Press
- Inverted Rows
- Seated Cable Row Machine/Triceps Pushdowns Superset
- Diamond Push-Ups/Barbell Curls Superset
“Doing high reps, less rest, and more focused towards aerobic fitness stamina endurance. Still a bit of hypertrophy but honestly, my goal is to lose like 10 pounds and just see what my body has feeling there. May even lose another 15 pounds.”

Von Moger has always been focused on adding size to gain the competitive edge on stage. Now, for the first time, his overall goal is to trim down.
“I want to actually trim up so I can actually be more athletic. I’m excited. It’s the first time in my life I’m going to be okay with losing size.”
Calum Von Moger continues to improve his physique in the gym and he believes this has helped mentally as well. The journey continues and come 2025, it could culminate with an appearance on stage.
