“I have eaten nothing but steak, eggs, salmon, bacon, cheese, milk. It has been an amazing diet and I feel absolutely incredible. I just felt like crap and I thought I had to do something about this.”

Hall took on the challenge for 90 days and was able to get great results. He shared a video on YouTube explaining his process and sharing his weight loss of 19.6 pounds. Hall shared his current weight of 350.5 pounds and body fat of just 19.9%.

Hall was preparing to take on reigning World’s Strongest Man champion Mitchell Hooper in the ring before the event was cancelled. He is now looking for his next opponent and has his sights set on Mariusz Pudzianowski, who has experience in the ring. Like Hall, Pudzianowski is a former World’s Strongest Man who has made the transformation into a fighter.

Eddie Hall Takes On Carnivore Diet

Eddie Hall enjoyed his time on the carnivore diet. He explained how he was not feeling himself and decided to make a change. After getting crazy results, Hall does not regret a thing.

“I started the carnivore diet and I turned my life around.”

Hall took to Instagram to share a physique update following his weight loss.

“I was a bit chubby, a little bit saggy in areas, just felt flat. I can see a big difference. The abs are the number one thing you notice and then look at the size of the shoulders and arms.”

Eddie Hall did his job while on the carnivore diet and is now ready to return to his normal plan.

“It served a good purpose but it is time to start incorporating things back into the diet. Fruits, vegetables, and a little bit of carbs.”

What Is The Carnivore Diet?

The carnivore diet consists of eating animal products only. This zero-carb diet leaves no room for fruit, grains, or plant-based foods (1). The idea comes from our ancestors only eating meat as a source of nutrition and takes fruits, vegetables, nuts, and grains out of the equation. While this diet sounds great for meat lovers, like anything, it has its pros and cons to consider before diving right in.

Foods You Can Eat While Doing Carnivore

Foods you can eat on this diet include red meat (beef, lamb, etc.), white meat (turkey, chicken, fish, etc.), eggs, dairy products (butter, cheese, etc.), and organ meat. These do have nutrients you need and can provide those essentials that some people think you do miss from other food groups.

Food You Cannot Eat While Doing Carnivore

For the carnivore diet, there are of course those foods you cannot eat that you should definitely know about. These include fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, sugar, processed foods, and certain beverages (sodas, energy drinks, among others).
