Big Ramy, Regan Grimes, and more are ready to compete at the 2020 Europa Pro.
The current competitive bodybuilding season has been hectic to say the least. With the global health crisis effecting everything from business and establishment closures to event cancellations its been quite the experience. Many were unsure that there would even be a bodybuilding season to speak of.
Luckily things have gotten back on track and competitions are back in full swing even as covid cases start to spike again across Europe and the US. Events are now being thrown across the world, all with safety precautions put in place. One of those events is this weekend’s IFBB Europa Pro show which features some of the best of the best in nearly every division of competitive bodybuilding and provides an opportunity for many to qualify for the Olympia 2020.
From Open Bodybuilding to the Wellness division, competitors from the around the globe are set to compete in Spain.
There will be some big names attending the event, none bigger than the Egyptian powerhouse Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay. Looking to redeem himself after a less than ideal showing at the 2020 Arnold Classic, Big Ramy is looking to impress onlookers at the Europa Pro.
Joining Big Ramy on stage is Regan Grimes who looks poised and ready to impress. His recent training videos lend credence to the idea that Regan Grimes could be the future of the division.
The Europa Pro will also be the long awaited return of Sergi Constance to the stage. Rafael Brandao who is featured training in East Coast Mecca, is also set to take the stage and looks ready to challenge both Big Ramy and Regan Grimes for the top spot.
