Letizia Giusto earned her Pro Card after submitting her application to the NPC.
The Fit Model division is the newest in bodybuilding and it has now crowned the youngest IFBB Pro ever.
Letizia Giusto earned her Pro Card at just 18 years old after her victory at the UK Natural PRO Qualifier. She was not awarded a card after the competition due to the low number of competitors but would go ont submit her application to the NPC. This is when she was granted IFBB Pro status at such a young age.

Giusto is now the youngest to earn an IFBB Pro card. In 2023, Anton Ratushnyi became one of the youngest bodybuilders in history to earn a Pro Card in the Classic Physique division. He won the NPC National Championships on his way to this accomplishment. Jeff Seid also received his Pro Card at 19 years old during the early days of Men’s Physique. For reference, Chris Bumstead first competed at 19 years old but earned his Pro Card two years later at 21 after winning the 2016 IFBB North American Bodybuilding Championship.
IFBB Fit Model Division Taking Shape in 2025
In December, NPC/IFBB Pro League Vice President Tyler Manion shared that the NPC and NPC Worldwide will introduce the Fit Model division in bodybuilding beginning in 2025.
The new Fit Model division will be implemented in the NPC and NPC Worldwide beginning in 2025. The IFBB Pro League will start in 2026. Competitors will get the chance to step on stage in this division around the world, not just in the U.S. The ultimate goal of the division was to create new opportunities for women interested in starting their bodybuilding journey.
“This division will be called the Fit Model division. Now what is the purpose of this division and what are we looking for? To really create the most entry level division on our women’s side of the sport. We want the peak look to be what Ashley Kaltwasser looked like when she won the Olympia in 2015.”
The full list of rules and regulations will be laid out on the NPC website. Tyler Manion believes this is a great chance for those who want to compete to break into the sport moving forward and this includes new pro Letizia Giusto.
