Sulek competed at the 2025 Legends Classic in Las Vegas on Saturday. He finished first overall in the Classic Physique division at the NPC show and earned qualification for the Arnold Amateur in a few weeks. This is where Sulek will look to earn his Pro Card with another victory. Following his performance on stage, Rambod rated his physique and had high praise for the work he put in.
“We’re going to use amateur cups on this one and I’m going to give it a 9.5. Again, 9.5, which is phenomenal.”
Sulek has quickly become one of the biggest fitness influencers in the bodybuilding world in recent years. He quickly became known for his incredible physique at a young age but many would criticize his methods of achieving it, led by his diet. In recent weeks, he cleaned up his diet and focused on losing weight, tailoring his calorie intake to reach this goal. Now, the overall goal is to take the stage and work toward becoming a pro.

Hany Rambod Speaks On Sam Sulek’s Physique
Hany Rambod thought Sam Sulek brought a great physique to the stage but found ways he could improve further. He gave a fair assessment of Sulek’s performance but admitted that he was being “picky.”
“The only reason why I didn’t give it a 10 is because I felt like if his weight was a little lower and he had a little more detail in his quads, and his glutes were a little bit tighter, it would have been a 10.”
Rambod highlighted Sulek’s chest and shoulders as strengths before moving onto his arms. Sulek has worked each area to prepare for this performance and impressed those who watched. He believes that the young bodybuilder has impressive biceps but if there is an area to improve, it would be triceps.
“He’s got really good arms, nice peaks. Especially his biceps, he’s got good fullness and a really nice, full set of arms. I would like to see a little more in his triceps and I’m being very, very picky here.”
Sam Sulek will now prepare for the Arnold Amateur, which will take place in Columbus in just under two weeks. If he improves his physique a bit in that time, there is a chance he can earn his Pro Card right away. This would bring another rising star with a great following into the IFBB Pro League for years to come.
