Kali Muscle Amazed By Man Who Didn’t Eat Or Drink For 70 Years: “Whatever We’ve Been Taught About Food And Needs Is A Fallacy”

Kali Muscle has been changing his opinions on many areas since suffering a heart attack.

Kali Muscle has changed his ways since suffering a heart attack back in 2021. He has spoken out against the use of steroids and bodybuilding as a whole. Kali even admitted to eating just one meal per day. Now, he continues to second guess what we have been taught about food after heading about a man that survived for 70 years without food or drink.

Kali Muscle spent time in his career eating a poor diet and using many steroids. He built an impressive physique that made him a threat in Men’s Open but is not interested in leading that lifestyle anymore. In fact, he avoids all substances and is not into eating many meals per day.

Prahlad Jani was an Indian breatharian monk who claims to have lived the final 79 years of his life without food or water. Of course, many could not believe this claim from Jani, who passed away at the age of 90 in 2020. There were many tests done on Jani to see if this was in fact true.

During a recent episode of Escape FitnessKali spoke about this man and continues to believe that we have been led astray about meals.

Kali Muscle Believes What We Know Is A “Fallacy”

Kali Muscle has changed both his diet and training routine since his heart attack. He has cut back on meals and does not lift as heavy as he used to. While discussing this, he brought up the story of Jani.

“I just came across a video yesterday. This Indian guy, Rest In Peace, he fits in his 90s. They didn’t believe he didn’t eat for 70 years or drink water. So, they asked could they put him in a room and just watch him…He didn’t eat or drink water for 15 days. Didn’t poop, didn’t urinate, nothing. And I’m just like, whatever we’ve been taught about food and needs like is a fallacy.”

Jani was tested both in 2003 and 2010. While under watch, Jani did not eat or drink anything and did not have to use the bathroom for two weeks. In 2010, medical professionals in Ahmedabad, India ran tests on his brain, organs, and blood vessels. They did not find anything out of the ordinary.

While this story is incredible enough, it has led many to question how Jani was able to survive. Kali Muscle has gone in the other direction. He believes that certain things that are being taught and followed could be stretched in many ways.

Kali continues to speak out agains the use of steroids and has improved his health significantly since suffering a heart attack.
