This intense indoor leg workout is sure to fire up your lower body to tone and shape, as well as build that lean muscle.
Leg day. While we all want to work our upper bodies and get a good pump, we should never skip out on showing our lower bodies some love. With so many lower body exercises, we often find ourselves stuck doing the same ones. Finding a monster leg workout to see gains in our legs can be challenging, but this intense indoor leg workout from Margarita Ventura will surely shock your muscles and give you everything you want out of an awesome leg day workout.
The benefits of leg day should be enough for you to engage in a grueling leg workout. Since many exercises are compound movements, they engage many muscle groups in your legs, as well as hitting your core for balance and stabilization. Getting your heart rate up can increase cardio performance and shed some calories to burn off any unwanted fat. Building up muscles that may be weak stabilizers can reduce your risk of lower back pain and increase performance ten-fold.
