If you spent any time on our site then you’d know that we’ve took a pretty neutral stance on steroids and it’s usage. Though it may be used by bodybuilders of all different walks of life, many people seem to relegate to a drug abused mostly by professionals. Many of the negative stereotypes about steroids usage have come to light as being plain false. Steroids may not be the healthiest thing in the world, but they’re certainly not the most dangerous.

With that being said, there are plenty of risks from taking steroids, risks that seem to go unacknowledged by casual and habitual users alike. Steroids may not cause “roid rage” but it definitely has an effect on the individual. Whether it’s physical or mental, the anabolic substance is utilize to bring about some kind of drastic change within the user. The reaction being positive or negative truly depends on who is taking the substance.

Now perhaps it’s easy to say we’re putting a bad face on steroids, maybe even demonizing it a bit. No matter where you may stand on the issue it’s hard to ignore the facts and not all of them are particularly in favor of steroid usage.
