Michal Krizo Hits Offseason Weight Of 300 Pounds For The First Time

Michal Krizo added a significant amount of mass this offseason.

Michal Krizo has quickly risen as one of the top bodybuilders in the world. During the 2023 Olympia, he proved to be in that second tier of competitors and hopes to take another step forward. During his latest physique update, Krizo shared that he is tipping the scales at 300 pounds for the first time in his career.

Krizo made the jump from the IFBB Elite Pro League and NPC in hopes of becoming a the Olympia champion. He quickly earned his Pro Card during the Amateur Olympia Italy before winning the 2022 EVLS Prague Pro, which was his first show and allowed him to punch his ticket to the biggest competition of the year. Krizo finished 12th at his first Olympia and hopes to improve upon his standing.

This is exactly what happened as he finished seventh during the 2023 Olympia. Now, he will look to jump into the top five and is adding all of the muscle mass needed to do so.

Michal Krizo has always been active on social media, sharing different updates and workouts. It is clear that he has been hitting the gym hard and has worked a lot of cardio in to remain as lean as he is with that much muscle mass.
