Fresh off winning his first Mr. Olympia title, Nick Walker has already confirmed he’s a go for the 2027 Arnold Classic.
Nick Walker revealed his plans following his victory at the 2026 Mr. Olympia, making it clear that he has no intention of slowing down after finally capturing bodybuilding’s biggest prize. “The Mutant” plans to compete at the Arnold Classic in March, where he will have an opportunity to add another Arnold title to his growing résumé.
The lineup is already beginning to take shape as well. Reigning Arnold Classic champion Andrew Jacked has also committed to the Arnold, setting up another potential showdown between two of the biggest names in Men’s Open bodybuilding.

Nick Walker Confirms 2027 Arnold Classic After Olympia Victory
Walker discussed his future plans during a post-Olympia interview after capturing the Sandow.
When asked about his goals following the biggest victory of his career, Walker explained that he wants to continue collecting the sport’s most prestigious championships.
“I want to win as many Arnolds and Olympias as I possibly can.”
When specifically asked whether that meant fans would see him compete at the Arnold Classic next March, Walker left little doubt:
“You heard it here first, buddy.”
The decision means Walker will have a relatively quick turnaround following the Olympia rather than taking an extended offseason before defending his title.
Walker is already an Arnold Classic champion, having won the contest in 2021. He later returned to Columbus in 2023 and finished runner-up to Samson Dauda.
Now, he will head back to the Arnold as the reigning Mr. Olympia.
Andrew Jacked Set To Defend Arnold Classic Title
Walker will not have an easy path to another Arnold victory.
Andrew Jacked is also expected to return and defend his Arnold Classic championship after capturing the title in 2026.
Jacked entered last year’s Arnold as one of the biggest threats in the lineup and delivered when it mattered, securing one of the most significant victories of his professional career.
His commitment immediately creates an intriguing early matchup for 2027. Walker will arrive as the newly crowned Mr. Olympia, while Jacked will be attempting to successfully defend his Arnold Classic crown.
The two have established themselves among the elite competitors in the Men’s Open division, and their respective commitments give the 2027 Arnold Classic some major star power months before the full lineup is announced.
For Walker, however, the goal appears straightforward. After reaching the top of bodybuilding at the 2026 Olympia, he wants to keep competing and keep adding championships.
The 2027 Arnold Classic is scheduled to take place as part of the annual Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, Ohio on March 4–7, 2027.
