“When it comes to the overall trajectory of these next four or five months, I’m not necessarily concerned with hitting any particular number of body weight. I’m not concerned with just making muscle gains in a steady timeline.”
Sulek is not currently preparing for a competition but continues to build the best version of his physique. Sulek earned his Pro Card at the 2025 Arnold Amateur in the Classic Physique division. Sulek earned qualification to this show following a victory at the 2025 Legends Classic in Las Vegas just weeks before. This was Sulek’s bodybuilding debut competition after he built a reputation as one of the most popular fitness stars in the world.
In early March, Sulek shared that he was in the “honeymoon” phase of his bulk. This means that he is looking forward to eating more after dieting. He admitted that this will get old soon enough and he will then want to diet down. It is a continuous cycle but for now, Sulek has focused on getting in as much food as possible.

Sam Sulek’s Latest Bulking Plan
Sam Sulek shared that he is not concerned with reaching a particular body weight. This does not mean that he does not have a plan in mind for the summer.
“If I had to guess, I would say probably by September, I’ll be walking around in the morning with an empty stomach at around at least 275. Then, I think the plan would be to cut down and get ready for another competition later on.”
During his bulk, Sulek has enjoyed getting all food in over the course of the day. There is one meal that sticks out in particular.
“A bit more bodybuilder style-ish so what I mean by that is the last five meals I’ve had were 100 grams of carbs of rice, half a pound of ground beef with some kind of buffalo barbecue sauce mixed together. That has been my go-to meal.”
Sam Sulek has been an extremely popular fitness influencer for years now but has fully made the transition to competitive bodybuilding. Now that he has his pro card, Sulek can focus on building a championship-winning physique.
