Sulek earned qualification to this show following a victory at the 2025 Legends Classic in Las Vegas just weeks before. Sam Sulek Discusses New Bulk
Sam Sulek will begin this bulk at 251 pounds. He shared his starting weight while on the way to the gym to train arms. Like any bulk, Sulek is interested in adding size everywhere.
“This is my starting weight. I’m assuming that I’ll wake up tomorrow morning at 250, maybe 251. Over the next few weeks, I want to start to see a steady incline, a steady rate of progress upward in terms of my bodyweight. Beefy arms, beefier chest, legs. Bigger everything.”
In terms of his meals, Sulek has cleaned up his diet as he works toward his goals as a bodybuilder. Now that he is bulking, the meals will stay clean but he will ramp up the calories, beginning with 3,000 daily.
“I want my meals to look more classic bodybuilding style. Pastas, rice, potatoes. The protein isn’t gonna change. There’s no getting around the protein. I want them to be solid, whole protein sources.”
Sulek shared that he is in the “honeymoon” phase of his bulk. This means that he is looking forward to eating more after dieting. He admitted that this will get old soon enough and he will then want to diet down. It is a continuous cycle but for now, Sulek has focused on getting in as much food as possible.
“If I’m going to be eating like 800 grams of carbs a day, it’s just going to be easier to get that through my system if it’s plain or simple foods.”
