Samson Dauda looked insane during a recent guest posing appearance.
Reigning Olympia champion Samson Dauda recently shared that he will take a break from competition. That does not include hitting the stage and showing off his progress as a guest poser. Dauda took part in a panel in Brazil over the weekend and ended up hitting poses for fans.

Dauda is coming off a second-place finish at the 2025 Arnold Classic. It was a loaded field in Men’s Open and former champion Dauda was looking to regain his title and stay on top of the bodybuilding world after the Olympia. He finished as the runner-up to Derek Lunsford in what was the premiere battle of the night. This sets up an exciting battle once again on the Olympia stage at the end of the year.
Following the Arnold, Dauda shared that he will take a short hiatus from competition to prepare for the Olympia. While improving his physique, he wanted to show off progress to fans in Brazil and impressed right away.
Samson Dauda Hits Guest Posing In Brazil
Samson Dauda did not share his body weight at the time of the posing session but he has typically hovered around 300 pounds. He has gone as high as 320, as far as we know, but it does not look like he was that high on stage over the weekend. What we do know is that Dauda has never been shy about hitting poses and showing off his physique, whether it is as a guest or during the Olympia press conference.
Dauda entered the Arnold as a former champion of the event, wanting to regain his title after finishing as the runner-up to Hadi Choopan last year. After finishing second, he is more motivated than ever. Dauda defeated both Choopan and Derek Lunsford, who were the last two Olympia champions, to win this year’s title. His rise to the top has been extremely quick and he wants to keep improving moving forward.
Samson Dauda has been open about his process to become the best. The presence of a routine helps any individual relieve stress over the course of their days, especially with a packed schedule. For bodybuilders, this is essential as they must juggle multiple meals per day while following a strict workout plan to create the best physique possible.
“I don’t sleep anymore. When I sleep, I’m aware. It’s like being on too much caffeine. Can’t switch off, overthink everything.”
“The last thing you need to do is get on your phone and see what’s being said about you because that will tear your apart. There’s nothing more personal than your physical body. People will judge and break it down.”
