Samson Dauda shared his latest physique update at his biggest size of the offseason.
Men’s Open bodybuilder Samson Dauda continues to get bigger and bigger during the offseason. The reigning Olympia champion has worked to put on more size while staying at the same level of conditioning. On Saturday, Dauda shared another physique update for his fans as he tips the scales at 330 pounds.
Dauda has proven that he is a true force in Men’s Open and this has been the case since his debut. In 2022, he finished in the Top 10 at his first Olympia competition and shot up the scorecard in 2023 — when he was top three. Dauda is now preparing to make it two victories in a row.
Dauda won his first Olympia title in 2024, defeating the likes of Derek Lunsfordand Hadi Choopan. He quickly returned to competition in the 2025 Arnold Classic, where he finished as the runner-up to Lunsford. This sets up an intense battle at the end of the year during the Olympia.

Samson Dauda’s Latest Physique Update

Dauda has shared many physique updates to this point of the offseason. He has gotten his weight up to 330 pounds in the summer before he cuts down ahead of the show.
“We’re keeping the look cleaner than ever at 330lbs”
Samson Dauda competed in his first bodybuilding contest in April of 2014. He competed in the beginner competition early in the day, but the promoter invited him to compete in the main show later on, telling Dauda he thought he had a chance to win the whole show. To Samson’s surprise, he took the first place trophy home that day, which started his journey.
Dauda opened his own private gym in April, hitting a pose down once it opened. He did not share his weight at the time but we knew that he has gone as high as 320 and is now even higher. What we do know is that Dauda has never been shy about hitting poses and showing off his physique, whether it is as a guest or during the Olympia press conference.
We will not see Dauda on a competitive stage until the Olympia but we do know that he will bring his absolute best to the most important show of the year.
