THIS IS WHAT THE PERFECT DEADLIFT LOOKS LIKE

Generation Iron Perfect Deadlift

Bradley Martyn’s Deadlift Form Is Damn Near Perfect.

When it comes to training the body you need to take a couple things under consideration. First and foremost you must be mentally prepared to push yourself doing a workout. If you don’t head into every gym session like you’re ready to go to war, ready to push yourself past your limits and explore the heights of your power and strength then you’re undoubtedly doing yourself a major disservice. Sure, that may sound like hyperbole, but in order to build yourself up to the next level then sometimes you have to push yourself to extremes.

Another very important factor of your training is going to be maintaining tight and perfect technique. You need to implement the right form in order to not only get the most out of your exercise, but to avoid injuries as well. There’s nothing worse than heading into the gym with passion and drive to make some gains and then end up tearing something because you’ve neglected to maintain proper technique.

When it comes to exercises that often injure many athletes, deadlifts are among the most common. Many people think deadlifting is simply bending at the waist, pulling the barbell from the ground, and lifting until your back is straight. In theory, that’s pretty much the exact description of the action. But doing a deadlift is more than that. In fact it requires true technical ability to lift the weight successfully without damaging something in your body in the process.

Take Bradley Martyn for example. For as much time as Martyn spends doing crazy stunts in the gym, the fitness trainer and internet personality also trains hard. The reason why he’s able to pull off those crazy stunts without injury? Because Martyn has tremendous technical form when performing any lift. Take a look at the astounding video below of Bradley Martyn deadlifting 495 lbs for reps with impeccable form.
