WATCH WWE WRESTLER RYBACK TRAIN LIKE A MONSTER

Generation Iron Ryback WWE

Ryback is a beast.

This weekend sees another WWE event take place on Sunday. Payback is sure to be an event that wrestling fans will be sure to enjoy. With match ups including a 4-Way-Match between reigning World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Dean Ambroise, and Randy Orton, it’s easy to forget that some of the other staples of the current WWE roster will be taking center stage at the event as well.

Besides John Cena battling Rusev for the U.S., another well respected wrestler will be on stage for the event. Ryback is an athlete that should garner respect not only from wrestling fans, but from bodybuilders as well. Why? If you’ve seen the man then you’d probably realize how foolish a question that is. No matter how you slice it, the fact of the matter is that Ryback is one of the most jacked wrestlers to ever compete in the sport. His neck is thick like a tree trunk, his arms are massive, and he has the lower body to give him an altogether strong foundation.

His popularity as a wrestler has waxed and waned from time to time, but his intensity and attitude, not to mention a pretty infectious catch phrase, is seeing Ryback’s star rise. This Sunday, Ryback will be going up against Bray Wyatt at Payback and regardless of the outcome it should make for an entertaining match. But if you still don’t understand why Ryback should garner your respect as a bodybuilding or wrestling fan, then take a look at this intense training video that highlights the man’s attitude about training and the kind of physique he’s amassed while working his ass off in the gym.
