Wesley Vissers Shares 3,095-Calorie Full Day of Eating 11 Days Out From 2026 Olympia

Wesley Vissers Shares 3,095-Calorie Full Day of Eating ahead of 2026 Classic Physique Olympia.

Just 11 days out from stepping onto the Olympia stage, “The Dutch Oak” shared his complete 3,095-calorie full day of eating. Instead of continuing to slash carbohydrates as the contest approaches, Vissers has actually been increasing his carb intake, particularly on leg-training days.

The strategy is designed around one of Vissers’ biggest priorities this season: bringing fuller, more developed legs to complement his tall frame.

“Today is a leg day, and the carbs on this day go up…They’ve been going up the whole prep, and that’s the opposite of what most people do so close to the show.”

Wesley Vissers’ Full Day of Eating 11 Days Out From Olympia

Meal 1: Pre-Workout

  • Egg whites
  • Pumpkin puree
  • 52 grams banana
  • 60 grams protein powder
  • 90 milliliters water

Vissers uses his first meal to fuel his leg workout before following training with one of the most important meals of his entire preparation.

Meal 2: Post-Workout

  • Rice pudding
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt
  • Sweetener
  • One cup blueberries and strawberries
  • Vanilla protein powder

Vissers calls the creation his “Victory Cake.” In previous preps, he admitted to making the post-workout meal too small in an effort to burn more calories. This time, he has turned it into one of his highest-carbohydrate meals.

“The pump is there, which is what I want during a leg workout,” Vissers said. “This meal right here could cost me either getting into the top five or outside of it.”

Meal 3

  • Sirloin steak
  • 250 grams zucchini and mushrooms
  • Salt and seasonings

Vissers removes carbohydrates for his third meal, instead using lean steak and vegetables as a “filler” meal to control hunger.

Meal 4

  • Minced chicken breast
  • Mushrooms
  • Eggplant

The fourth meal follows the same strategy. Vissers makes a chicken burger using eggplant in place of bread, allowing him to get protein and micronutrients while saving his remaining carbohydrates for later.

Meal 5

  • Egg whites
  • Pumpkin puree
  • 52 grams banana
  • 60 grams protein powder
  • 90 milliliters water

Vissers finishes his day with essentially the same Victory Cake used for his first meal. By moving carbohydrates from Meals 3 and 4 into his final meal, Vissers says he can go to bed without battling the hunger that often comes with the final weeks of contest prep.

Wesley Vissers’ Daily Macros

  • Calories: 3,095
  • Protein: 317 grams
  • Carbohydrates: 380 grams
  • Fat: 16 grams

Vissers has made improving his legs a major focus after placing eighth at the 2024 Olympia. Following setbacks in 2025, he rebounded with wins at the 2026 Arnold Classic Ohio and Detroit Pro before finishing second to Mike Sommerfeld at the Arnold Classic UK.

Now, Vissers will see whether the combination of added leg size and his unconventional late-prep nutrition strategy can push him back up the Olympia standings.

The 2026 Classic Physique Olympia prejudging and finals are scheduled for Friday, September 25 in Las Vegas.
