Will Tennyson has taken on many workouts but this one was a different challenge.

Will Tennyson has turned into a major fitness star and influencer thanks to his success on social media. He recently reached two million subscribers on YouTube. He frequently entertains by trying different workout challenges and has collaborated with some big names. During a recent video, Tennyson showed that there are many different forms of strength.

Tennyson has hit workouts with the likes of reigning World’s Strongest Man Mitchell Hooper. He has also taken on different routines of stars, such as Dwayne Johnson. This time, he went in a different direction and attempted to workout like a performer from Cirque du Soleil.

The gymnasts that perform in the show are extremely athletic with insane core strength. This is used to perform some insane stunts, such as walking tightropes and hitting different stunts on a trampoline. The workout begins in a gym that is minimal equipped after Tennyson eats lunch.

“Strength training is not the main thing. It’s a lot more about flexibility and cardio but you can get pretty much everything done here.”

The gym consisted of a power rack, cables, and dumbbells. Despite it’s limited setup, there was plenty available to complete all workouts.

Will Tennyson Goes Through Different-Style Workout

Will Tennyson has competed in powerlifting and has been training to get back on stage. Because of this, the first part of the day is his best as he hit a new PR of 285 pounds on the incline bench press. Next, he moved onto core strength.

Tennyson was led through a Pilates workout by gymnast Aruna Bataa.

“I fu***ng hate Pilates. It’s like yoga with a side of torture. I’m basically as flexible as a brick. I make 80-year-olds look like Russian gymnasts. At any moment, I felt like my body was going to snap.”

Pilates is used to improve core strength using controlled movements. They say that this style of workout can also improve mobility, flexibility, and even one’s mood.

Once the workout was complete, Will Tennyson gave praise to the Cirque du Soleil performers.

“I honestly saw so many things I didn’t even know it was possible for human beings to do. I have a huge respect for these performers. Their commitment to their art and fitness is something to admire and I can totally see why their job is only for the strong and dedicated.”

There are many types of strength, both mentally and physically. The gymnasts of Cirque du Soleil have mastered the art of their craft and show off why the average person is unable to do it in the same way.
