Olivier Richters shared his full day of eating to maintain his weight as a bodybuilder.
Olivier Richters is known for his incredible height and impressive physique. To maintain his build on such a large frame, Richters brings in around 7,000 calories per day. Recently, the tallest bodybuilder shared what he eats on a regular basis, and it may shock you.
Richters, better known as the Dutch Giant, stands at 7-feet, 2-inches tall. This was confirmed in Eemnes, Netherlands. Richters is an actor, fitness model, and bodybuilder. He has become known for his incredible height and impressive physique, which is quite difficult to maintain with such a large frame. This now includes the Guinness Book of World Records, who has recognized Richters as the world’s tallest bodybuilder.

Olivier Richters Full Day Of Eating
Let’s take a look at each one of Richters’ meals throughout a day long period.
Meal 1
Olivier Richters begins his day with breakfast, which is his biggest meal of the day. This consist of eight eggs air fried for nine minutes.
- 8 eggs
- Shake – 120g oats, 30g Whey Protein
“My breakfast is always the biggest meal of the day. I do this on purpose because I didn’t have food for a long time plus I want to work for many hours so my stomach has to be full.”
Meal 2 & 3
At Noon, Richters eats at work with his coworkers and family. This is a ritual for Richters during the day and he likes how it brings everyone together. He did not share what his second meal consisted of but three hours later, he took a pre-made meal from his food factory — and it was one of the best sellers.

Meal 4 & 5
Richters hits the gym then takes in his next meals of the day. He counts this as meals four and five despite it just being the salmon. Richters shares that he drinks two liters of milk each day and it is so much that he counts it as its own meal.
- Milk
- 200g salmon
- Shake – 120g oats, 30g Whey Protein
“I drink two liters of milk during the day. That’s so much, along with the protein shake, that I could it as a meal.”
Meal 6 & 7
Richters enjoyed a full-fat Quark yogurt while playing a video game, some nice relaxation for the bodybuilder. Richters wakes up at 3am for his final meal of the day (something we have seen Mr. Olympia winner Ronnie Coleman do), which is more yogurt.
- 500g Quark yogurt
“It brings a lot of protein and fats in the evening before I go to sleep. I always game during meal six. It relaxes me so I can sleep very quickly.”
