Natalia Coelho is your 2026 Women’s Physique Olympia Champion!
Natalia Abraham Coelho successfully defended her Women’s Physique Olympia title on Friday night, capturing another championship after one of the most heated buildups of the weekend.
Coelho’s rivalry with Sarah Villegas had intensified following Villegas’ allegations that Coelho used PMMA or other site-enhancement methods, claims that have not been publicly substantiated. The tension spilled into Thursday’s Olympia press conference when Villegas stood by her position and was met with boos from portions of the crowd.
When it came time to settle matters on stage, Coelho retained her crown, while Zama Benta surged into second and Villegas finished third.

Natalia Abraham Coelho Wins the 2026 Women’s Physique Olympia
Natalia Abraham Coelho once again stood at the top of the Women’s Physique division, successfully defending her Olympia championship in Las Vegas.
Coelho entered the 2026 contest looking to repeat her 2025 victory and arrived as one of the central figures in a highly anticipated battle with former champion Sarah Villegas. Prejudging confirmed that the championship would again be contested among the division’s leading athletes, with Coelho, Villegas, Benta, and Julia Cabarcos receiving the final callout.
When the finals concluded, Coelho had retained her title. Her victory gives her three Women’s Physique Olympia championships, following her previous victories in 2022 and 2025.
Coelho’s latest championship also continues a back-and-forth history with Villegas that has defined the top of the division in recent years. Villegas won the Olympia in 2023 and 2024 before Coelho reclaimed the championship in 2025.

Coelho’s 2026 victory was particularly significant because of the circumstances surrounding this year’s competition.
The reigning champion faced a field that included four-time Olympia winner Sarah Villegas, who was looking to reclaim the title, along with an increasingly dangerous group of challengers.
During prejudging, Coelho was repeatedly compared with the division’s leading contenders. Reports from the morning session noted that her lower-body development and conditioning remained among the defining elements of her presentation. The judges ultimately brought Coelho, Benta, Villegas, and Cabarcos together for the final callout.
Coelho then maintained her position through the finals to secure another Olympia championship.

Sarah Villegas Finishes Third After Heated Olympia Rivalry
Sarah Villegas finished third at the 2026 Women’s Physique Olympia after entering the competition as one of the biggest threats to Coelho’s title.
Villegas is one of the most accomplished athletes in Women’s Physique history, having won the Olympia four times. She previously held the championship in 2020, 2021, 2023, and 2024 before Coelho reclaimed the title in 2025.
The rivalry between Villegas and Coelho intensified in the buildup to this year’s contest. Villegas had publicly alleged that Coelho used PMMA or other site-enhancement methods. Those allegations have not been publicly substantiated.
The controversy carried into Thursday’s Olympia press conference, where Villegas stood by her position and received boos from portions of the crowd.

Zama Benta Surges to Second at the 2026 Women’s Physique Olympia
One of the biggest competitive developments of the 2026 Women’s Physique Olympia was Zama Benta’s rise to second place.
Benta finished third at the 2025 Olympia, behind Coelho and Villegas. One year later, she moved up two positions from her 2025 result and claimed the runner-up spot behind the defending champion.
Benta was also one of the standout competitors during prejudging. She was included in the first callout and ultimately joined Coelho, Villegas, and Cabarcos in the final callout, demonstrating that the judges considered her one of the leading contenders for the championship.
Her second-place finish earned Benta $20,000 and marked the best Olympia result of her career.
Julia Cabarcos Finishes Fourth at the Women’s Physique Olympia
Julia Cabarcos secured fourth place at the 2026 Women’s Physique Olympia, putting herself directly behind the three athletes who occupied the podium.
Cabarcos was another standout during prejudging and earned a place in the final callout alongside Coelho, Benta, and Villegas.
Although she narrowly missed the podium, Cabarcos finished ahead of Brooke Walker and the remainder of the field, earning $7,000 for her fourth-place performance.
Her result also makes Cabarcos one of the athletes to watch as the Women’s Physique division moves into its next Olympia season.
Brooke Walker Rounds Out the Women’s Physique Top Five
Brooke Walker completed the top five with a fifth-place finish.
Walker was also part of the first callout during prejudging, where she stood alongside the eventual top competitors before the field was narrowed for the final comparisons.
Her fifth-place result earned her $6,000 and placed her ahead of the remainder of the 2026 Olympia field.
2026 Women’s Physique Olympia Top 10
The remainder of the top 10 featured several international competitors.
Sheronica Henton finished sixth, followed by Lenka Ferencukova in seventh. Naiana Nana secured eighth place, while Marika Jones finished ninth. Hong Yan rounded out the top 10 in tenth place.
The final standings reflected a deep Women’s Physique field, with Coelho ultimately separating herself from Benta and Villegas to retain the championship.
Natalia Coelho Becomes a Three-Time Women’s Physique Olympia Champion
The 2026 Women’s Physique Olympia ultimately added another chapter to Coelho’s championship career.
After winning her first Olympia title in 2022, Coelho reclaimed the championship in 2025 and successfully defended it in 2026. She now owns three Women’s Physique Olympia titles.
The result also preserves the rivalry between Coelho and Villegas as one of the defining storylines in the division. Villegas remains a four-time champion, while Coelho has now won the title in two consecutive Olympia appearances.
Benta’s rise from third in 2025 to second in 2026 adds another dimension to the division, giving Coelho another established challenger at the top of the standings.
For all the buildup and controversy surrounding this year’s contest, the final result was decided onstage. Coelho retained the championship, Benta moved into second, and Villegas completed the podium in third.
