Andrew Jacked has put on size since the Arnold Classic.

Andrew Jacked continues to pack on size ahead of the 2023 Texas Pro this weekend. In recent photos, he has looked significantly bigger and Chris Aceto recently shared that he has added about five pounds of muscle to his frame.

Jacked finished ninth at the 2022 Olympia after bursting onto the scene in his first year as a pro. Jacked quickly became a bodybuilder with plenty of hype when he earned his Pro Card at the 2022 Arnold Classic Amateur. He competed at his first show in August at the 2022 Texas Pro, where he was able to take home the prize. Jacked backed it up with another victory at the Arnold Classic UK.

Jacked shared his plan to defend his title in Texas earlier and that has been the plan. By looking at his recent physique updates, he expects to headline the show, along with Hunter Labrada and the debut of Carlos Thomas Jr.

Physique Update

Chris Aceto Speaks On Andrew Jacked’s Physique

Andrew Jacked began working with Chris “Psycho” Lewis in the gym while Chris Aceto has been handling his diet and nutrition. This new team has helped Jacked make incredible strides.

“He’s tall too. I swear to you, when I looked at the pictures, it looked like he gained 20 pounds of muscle,” Dave Palumbo said.

“I think he’s five pounds bigger.”

“It’s one of those physiques where we say ‘if this guy can put on five pounds, what will it look like on his frame?'”

Dave Palumbo asked about the muscle gain of Andrew Jacked because of recent pictures on social media. After seeing these posts, Palumbo said it looked like he added 20 pounds to his frame. Jacked is a taller competitor so weight and muscle is held differently. It is likely that he will be in his best shape in Texas and put on a show for the crowd.

About Andrew Jacked

Despite scrolling through all of his social media, not much is known about Andrew Jacked. It was speculated that he was born in 1985 in Nigeria. However, he currently lives in Dubai, UAE, to which he migrated to due to personal issues. Aside from that, he keeps a lot of his personal and family life out of media reach.

Some things about Andrew Jacked are that he is a former kickboxer, electrical engineer, military officer, and CrossFit athlete. Now, he has IFBB pro status and recently competed at the 2022 Olympia, the biggest stage in bodybuilding.
