Breon Ansley Full Day Of Eating

To prepare his physique and drop weight, Breon Ansley has keyed in on this diet plan before his final stages of prep. It consists of six meals with carb-loaded meals earlier in the day.

Meal One

The first meal occurred around 8am before Ansley went to the gym. Usually, he adds eggs into his breakfast but did not have any at the moment. This allowed him to sub bison for protein.

  • 1/4 cup Cream of rice
  • 6 ounces Bison
  • Coffee

“I’m eyeballing, I’m not super strict with the amounts. I might be with my meats but not with the starches or fats…I don’t have eggs, which is another reason this is the diet before the diet. I would usually put three whole eggs but I’m using bison, which is a little more fun for me.”

Meal Two

After training, Ansley hit his second meal of the day, which was around 2pm. He has been traveling recently and it has thrown off his timing when he is back home.

  • 1/4 cup Cream of rice
  • 5 ounces Salmon

“To get into the groove with timing and everything, it takes me about one or two weeks.”

Meal Three

For meal three, Ansley decides to have a little more fun. He headed to Starbucks for a sandwich followed by sushi.

  • Reduced-fat turkey bacon sandwich
  • Rainbow sushi roll
  • Cream of rice
  • Whey protein

“Deep into the offseason I wold get like your McDonald’s sausage biscuit with egg, I love those two. Those are a little too fatty, a little too greasy. This one is a lot healthier. It doesn’t taste as good but it tastes good.”

Meal Four

Meal four begins

  • 5 ounces Chicken breast
  • Almonds

“I’ve had three carb meals so I know that if I’m going to keep my weight the same or let it trickle down a little bit, these last two meals have to be light on carbs.”

Meal Five

  • 1/4 cup Cream of rice
  • 5.25 ounces Bison

Meal Six

  • 5 ounces Chicken breast
  • Vegetables
  • Almonds
