Be sure to sweat
Pretty self explanatory. If you want to get rid of water and fluids from the body then you’re going to have to sweat. Weight lifting is sure to make you break a sweat, but in this case you may need to add some more cardiovascular exercise to your routine if you want to see results faster. But if you’re ramping up you heart rate with cardio in between your lifts then you’re sure to lose some water weight while building up you muscle at the same time.
