Dorian Yates Shares Tips For Bulking

Bulking is a popular method as weightlifters attempt to put on extra size to prepare for the next series of cutting. Dorian Yates explained that this could also come with the addition of fats but he likes to focus on lean muscle.

“Traditional “bulking” often means trying to build muscle, but with a bulk of fat that can come along with it. My advice in a nutshell, is to make small, lean muscle gains, with limited additional fat.”
