Flex Lewis Shows Off Lean, Impressive Physique, Retired 212 Olympia Legend Looks Stage-ready
Former seven-time 212 Olympia champion Flex Lewis is now retired from competition, but he clearly hasn’t retired from staying in shape.
Lewis recently shared a video showing off his lean and still-impressive physique while vacationing in Mallorca, Spain. He joked that his current routine consists of “Pilates, PT and Sangria.” Despite the lighthearted caption, fans were quick to notice that the bodybuilding legend still carries an incredibly ripped physique, particularly through his trademark legs.
“Just want to stay lean and healthy…Keep me off my phone 🍹🍷”
The update shows Lewis looking lean with sharply separated quads, visible vascularity, and the kind of lower-body conditioning that helped define his Hall of Fame career. His upper body also remains thick and full, proving that retirement has done little to diminish the physique that made him one of the most dominant athletes in bodybuilding history.
Flex Lewis Still Looks Ready for the Stage
Lewis officially retired from competitive bodybuilding in 2022 after one of the most decorated careers in the sport.
He won seven consecutive 212 Olympia titles from 2012 through 2018, establishing himself as arguably the greatest athlete the division has ever seen. After years of teasing a move to the Men’s Open division, injuries ultimately prevented that chapter from fully materializing before he stepped away from competition.
Even years into retirement, Lewis continues to train consistently while focusing on long-term health instead of preparing for contests.
That approach is evident in his latest physique update. While he isn’t carrying the extreme fullness of his Olympia-winning days, his conditioning remains exceptional. His legs, in particular, still feature the deep quad separation and sweep that became his calling card throughout his career.
Fans Continue to Admire Lewis’ Lasting Physique
Lewis has remained one of bodybuilding’s most respected ambassadors since retiring. Whether he’s mentoring younger athletes, appearing at major bodybuilding events, or simply sharing training updates, fans continue to follow his journey closely.
His latest post is another reminder that elite bodybuilding doesn’t necessarily disappear after retirement. While Lewis says his goal is simply to stay “lean and healthy,” many active competitors would likely be happy to have a physique that looks this complete in the offseason.
For a seven-time Olympia champion, retirement appears to look pretty good.
