Kali Muscle Down Nine Pounds After Not Eating For Six Days: “No Food, Just Straight Water”

Kali Muscle is down nine pounds after cutting out food and cleansing his body with just water for a week.

Kali Muscle has taken on an interesting nutrition plan that has helped him lose weight.

Kali Muscle has been against the use of steroids since his days as a bodybuilder but recently, he has added food to the list of things he is avoiding. Yup, that is right, no meals or snacks. While it is not permanent, Kali admitted that he did not eat anything and drank just water for six days and lost nine pounds during that time.

Kali was a great athlete at a young age and burst onto the scene in bodybuilding in 2009. He showed off an insane physique with great size and conditioning. In 2010, Kali had a goal of turning pro and added even more size once he got the right coaching. This is when he began using more and more steroids to fine tune his physique. In 2021, Kali suffered a heart attack that was caused by a clogged left artery.

Since then, Kali has spoken out against the use of steroids and bodybuilding as a whole because of its habits. He has warned others about the dangers of certain supplements and has continued to do so while sharing his experiences.

Kali has taken on some interesting diet plans and challenges recently. During a recent YouTube video, he spoke out on his most recent one.

Kali Muscle: “Six Days, No Food, Straight Water”

Kali Muscle is no stranger to changes in his diet plan. He has cut down to one meal per day in the past and has also been on a kick of eating just fruit. Now, he spent a week cutting out food all together. Kali decided to speak on his decisions and weighed himself on day six to see where he was.

“Yesterday, I believe I was 184-185 so we are going to go and see what it is today. 181.6. What, I’m down nine pounds. Probably when I close, I’ll be 180 so 9-10 pounds. Six days, no food, just straight water. Doing it for health purposes. A lot of people haven’t had a health scare yet. When it’s your turn, you’ll be like Kali Muscle was telling me.”

Kali Muscle made all of these changes and took on different diet plans once he suffered a heart attack.

“I didn’t have anybody that impacted my life when it came to health. God sent me to be the messenger for you guys cause nobody else is doing it. The people that are, they haven’t had a health scare. They just doing it for ego and maybe to prolong they life. Most people have had some type of health scare like me.”

To those who believe it is unhealthy to live like this, Kali Muscle stated that “scientists and doctors prove otherwise.”

This is not the first time that Kali has detoxed his body. It was never this long but he likes to clean all toxins from his body.

“When I feel nauseated or something like that, usually in the evening, I drink some lemon water but that’s it. The rest of the day is just straight water. This is the longest I’ve been.

the other two times I did it three day, I did it two day. What I learn is that three days is nothing. You need to keep going because three days, my body was just now really releasing some bile stuff that I thought shouldn’t be there.”

Kali Muscle continues to talk against steroids and take on different diets and challenges. It has led to a weight loss and what he believes is a healthier lifestyle overall.
