Kali Muscle started for force-feed himself and it helped put on an insane amount of weight early.

Kali Muscle is a former bodybuilder who continues to be open and honest about his steroid use during his career. He has spoken in the past about taking steroids for 13 years and the impact it had on him. During a recent video, Kali shared his experiences from his first-ever cycle and how he would use gear, especially when competing.

In 2021, Kali suffered a heart attack that was caused by a clogged left artery, a common side effect of anabolics. Over the last three years, many bodybuilders have unfortunately passed away due to heart complications. Toward the end of 2021, Shawn Rhoden and George Peterson passed away. In April 2022, Cedric McMillan also passed away because of complications with his heart.

Kali was a great athlete who excelled in many areas growing up. He shared that when he was 98 pounds, he did not play on his football team and this was his first motivation to put on size.

“I started force-feeding myself and so I gained 40 pounds in 90 days. Came back that summer, double days in football, and because a superstar overnight.”

Kali began reading on how some of the top bodybuilders added insane amounts of muscle and it worked for him right away.

Kali Muscle Talks First Experience With Steroids

Kali Muscle referenced Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lee Haney as he began his journey to getting bigger.

“After that season, I started reading magazines, how Arnold got swole, how Lee Haney got buff. I saw that you had to eat a lot of calories and I never liked eating food period.”

Kali’s first cycle brought great results. He noticed that his strength was the first thing to improve, adding weight on the bench and in other areas.

“I’ll never forget my first cycle. It was sustanon. It hurt, man. I was like ‘what did I do?’ I didn’t like it, I was swole up and oh man. That started and in two weeks, my strength went up 20 pounds on the bench.”

Kali competed at the Orange County Classic in 2009 and was victorious in the Heavyweight division. Previously, he saw Jay Cutler and was able to compare himself against the Olympia champion.

Kali Muscle Recalls Stack During Career

Kali Muscle broke down his stack of gear, including 500mg of testosterone each week. He admitted to being hesitant with Tren so he took less than testosterone, arounf 400mg. During his first year of competition in 2009, Kali also took anadrol and dbol.

Kali made sure to do his research about steroids because he did not want to put his health in jeopardy.

“I had books and I was on the internet for hours a day because I didn’t want to kill myself so I studied at least 6-8 hours a day about nutrition and mostly steroids.”

Kali began competing that same year. When preparing for competitions, Kali would take clenbuterol, T3, and Winstrol. He would cycle on and off and it is obvious by the looks of his physique on social media.

“I was doing things right. I would take off 3-4 months out of the year. When you look back at my old YouTube videos, you can see. I would always get smaller and bigger and people would comment. That was cycling on and off.”
